Refund policy

30-day returns. If you are not happy with your purchase, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories. Used brush heads and opened refill packs are not returnable for hygiene reasons.

Defective or damaged items: Contact us within 30 days with a photo or short video and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping. You do not need to return a defective item unless we ask.

How to start a return: Email support@haldenhomeco.com with your order number. We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label for defective items, or return instructions for change-of-mind returns (return shipping paid by the customer).

Refund timing: Refunds go to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return. Your bank may take 3–5 additional business days to post it.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship.

Warranty: All Halden electric products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
