Where we ship: All 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally, or to PO boxes for products containing lithium batteries.
Processing time: Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).
Delivery time: Standard shipping from our US warehouse takes 3–7 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.95.
Products with batteries: Rechargeable products ship by ground carrier only, as required by US hazardous-materials regulations. This does not affect delivery time within the continental US.
Delays: If we cannot ship your order within the time stated, we will email you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
Wrong address: Please check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; a reshipping fee may apply.
Lost or damaged in transit: Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will replace the item or refund you in full.
